For September 2013, the ninth and final season of How I Met Your Mother has been announced. I am pretty dang excited for this final part, which is probably gonna be better than season 8. This is where I’m gonna tell you guys my predictions on it. It has already been confirmed that the season will start with a special one hour episode. It will probably show Barney and Robin’s wedding, which I’ve been expecting for a long damn while. I’m expecting a set of crisis in the wedding, as supposed to the first episode of Season 8 in which both of them totally freak out over marrying the other. Ted’s probably gonna have one of his fits about being in love with Robin. We (by we, I mean whoever watches the show) can believe that Ted just sees I’d want The Mother to be one of the best characters, because I was seriously expecting someone like Cristin Milioti (she’s the actress for the role of The Mother) to play the role, since all five of the main characters (who are now multi millionaires, most of whom have won several Emmy awards and Alyson and Neil both won The Best Actor Of The Year Award and The Best Actress Of The Year Award) were unknown. I have high expectations for Cristin, who is apparently a very talented actress, according to the producers. I really don’t understand why so many HIMYM fans were disappointed at the revealing of The Mother. I was actually more surprised when Barney announced to Lily in Season 4 that he was in love with Robin. I just want The Mother to be an interesting character. That’s all. We can assume that most of the things that have been unsolved throughout the series are going to be proven in Season 9. It’s most likely going to be the best of all seasons in the series. The season, however, will probably not contain footage of their children, as it is seen in ‘The Trilogy’ episode of Season 7, their first child (the daughter) was only born from 2015 onwards, and the time lapse of each season is one whole year, which means Season 9 will end in 2014 props. We can expect that Marvin will grow a bit older, though still a child. As for my prediction on the characters’ lives in the season: Lily and Marshall will probably have a big problem (possibly a short breakup like the Season 2 San Francisco incident) as Season 8 left off with Marshall being given the job of a judge, while Lily and he were supposed to move to Rome (or Greece, I forgot) as Kernel Mustard’s (or the captain, whatever) art consultant. Robin and Barney will most likely still have crazy adventures but get astounded by the new marriage life but the highlight of the season will be The Mother and Ted’s relationship. I think the season should end with Ted and The Mother’s marriage. So yeah, Season 9’s gonna be a thrill. But anyway, we’ve to grind our teeth for two months for this awesome bit of the show. For those of you who love the show as much as I do, comment and tell me your predictions of Season 9, but at least be familiar with the show and don’t write what not. If I missed anything I should’ve said, please remind me so. Goodbye, and have a legendary day!
